Supported Cummins R&D validation of next-generation electronics heat exchangers by delivering a complete thermal test stand and dataset. Designed heat exchanger models in SolidWorks, performed CFD and conjugate heat-transfer analysis in ANSYS, fabricated machined test articles, 3D-printed nonstructural fixtures and mounts, and integrated live telemetry (pressure + temperature) via Arduino.
